With engraved and printed title pages, dedication, preface, introduction to the illustrations and 12 plates as required. Top edge of text section uncut. All plates with tissue guards. Sporadic foxing throughout, but nevertheless an attractive and scarce volume. Errata slip tipped in. In publisher's card covers, printed to the front with titling and vignette illustration of the church. Inscribed "Yorkshire Architectural Society from the Author". NB. Covers detached and volume effectively disbound but much potential for attractive rebacking/rebinding. Folio. 16pp + plates.
