London: James Parker and Co, 1896. Hardcover. Later 'gift issue' edition after the original of 1841. Tricesimo-secondo (32mo). xxiii. 368pp. Publisher's plush cloth binding with gilt titling. Textblock edges are gilt. Dentelles stamped in gilt. VERY GOOD. Shows the cloth lightly rubbed and handled, title page lightly foxed, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards and spine remain bright and distinct. As pictured.
