Classic spine features six panels, titles and four ornamental with crowns and five raised bands. Pages generally very good; some fox to first few front, back pages. Frontispiece plate of "The School of Athens" by Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino. Marbled exterior text block and endpapers. Antiquarian bookplate inside cover; features crest with dragon rising from behind. Bind good; hinges intact. Large volume 8" x 10 3/4" design weighing nearly 6 lbs. Volume I. A-I. Printed by W. O.
