Very Good/Very Good. 9x1x9. 1996 Irvine Museum (Irvine, California)9 1/4 x 10 3/4 inches tall pale brown cloth hardcover in publisher's unclipped dust jacket, gilt lettering to front cover and spine, tan endpapers, copiously illustrated with color and black-and-white reproductions of artwork and photographs, 199 pp. Very slight rubbing to covers and the slightest bumping to the upper tip of the front cover. Otherwise, a near fine copy - clean, bright and unmarked - in a like dust jacket which is nicely preserved and displayed in a clear archival Brodart sleeve. Note that this is a heavy and oversized book, so additional postage will be required for international or priority orders. ~SP27~ [4.0P] A study of the impressionist movement throughout California from the mid-19th century to 1930. This volume was produced as a companion to a public television documentary series. Includes a history of the development of California art and biographies of 45 artists. 106 images in color, 14 in black-and-white.
