First thus, good cloth hardcover (no dust jacket) shows bumping to cover corners, rubbing at edges, along with mild soil and staining to covers as well, bookseller sticker at bottom edge of front pastedown, large open chip at fore edge of page 241-242 stuck to opposite page due to being poorly cut, still some uncut pages, and with some other mild trace wear. 242 pages with top edges gilt and black & white plates. Solid copy of this edition of the architectural classic.
