Green cloth with engraved patterns and borders on covers and spine, black ink in the patterns on front board and spine, and gold gilt titles. Frontispiece illustration of John Brant, Mohawk chief, and illustration of Pocahontas facing Chapter 1.
Significant rubbing wear to boards and spine. Heavy rubbing on upper corners of boards and upper rear spine join - board is exposed. Small tear, possibly sticker damage, on bottom corner of free facing end page. Toning. Text is unmarked. Front hinges is cracked but still intact. Binding solid overall.
