Towne & Robie Publishers, Franklin, New Hampshire, 1930. Hard Cover. First Edition, 'First Printing'. Book Condition: About Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Complete with 66 pages. Bound in brown cloth with gilt titles and a ppo (picture pasted on) the front cover. Photo frontise and photo plate illustrations of arrowheads and tools, etc... Chapters are: Indian Tribes East of the Mississippi, Passaconaway and the Penacooks, the Indian Village at Crotchtown, and the language of the Abnakis. An uncommon and Fine collectible example of this exceedingly scarce Iroquois and Algonquin reference for NH. A news story and photo telling of the passing of the author is pasted to the of the first blank, opposite 1/2 title page.
