Philadelphia: James B. Rodgers, 1864. Paperback. 16mo. Pale red wrappers. 36pp. Very good. Overall a tight and attractive copy, though a bit of paper loss to rear wrapper. Reports on "Our Navy Work" (including a prayer meeting on the Monitor Onondaga), "Western New York," "Maryland," "The Shenandoah" and "Army of Potomac." The U.S. Christian Commission was a forerunner of the Red Cross.
