Small 4to (7 ¼ x 6 inches). In full: "Dear Sir, I intend to apply to the next James City court for an order for dividing the slaves and personal estate of Col. Taliaferro; and as it is probably that you may wish to be there, I write this to inform you of it. I am Sir very respectfully Dan Call." Old fold lines, but very good.
