Full gilt page edging, marbled endpapers and gilt inner dentelles. In very good condition. Some rubbing to corners and ends of spine, some rubbing to raised bands. Some dark spots to front board, some small bumps and marks to rear, with small surface tear to leather at edge. Bookplate to front endpaper “Margaret Schuster.” Partial crack between endpaper at front. Hinge still tight. Some dark foxing to prelims and title page. Some heavy and moderate foxing spots to pages throughout. Binding tight and sound.
