About This Item
London: Macmillan, 1911. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. First thus, the Theaker illustrated edition with colour plates. Original blue cloth gilt, pp. xiii, 546, and one leaf of ads at the rear. Blue-coloured edges. A strap of dis-colouration across the front cover near the top edge. Rubbed and worn at the corners and spine tips but a remarkably fresh, clean copy. Square and tight, bright titles, some offsetting at the endpapers but a very pleasing copy.
