Orders paid by check will ship once your check clears. Books awaiting payment will be held for no more than ten days. All items shipped to a California address are subject to 9% sales tax. DOMESTIC SHPPING: For orders over $99.99, we will add $.75 per $100.00 value thereafter for insurance. The times in transit quoted are estimates based on the USPS delivery times, and do not include unexpected delays in transit or Customs processing.
