Hardcover, original binding of brown cloth to boards half bound in leather to spine. Exterior is worn and spotted with numerous stains which includes a circular one on the front board. Edges and corner show quite a bit of bumping and wear. Internal binding of the text pages is good and tight but there is pulling to the hinge at the front and rear boards. Pages are toned due to age and scattered foxing and spotting is present throughout. Front end page has some handwriting on it and a small hole and there is no rear end pages present. Some pages have very light pencil marks, typically check marks or parentheses which can easily be erased as you find them. More prominent to text block edges and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has light tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.
