The edges of the covers are rubbed; at corners, the board is exposed. Leather at hinges brittle, but conditioned to prevent further drying. Minor loss at crown of spine. Hinges starting, but binding still sturdy. Text clean and fresh-looking throughout (possibly unread). Attractive bookplate..
