About This Item

Nevada, OH: Private Printing, 1972. 1ST. HARDBOUND. NEAR FINE in VERY GOOD jacket. SIGNED BY AUTHOR. 1ST. pp. 214. Publisher: Self-Published; First Edition (January 1, 1972) Item Weight: 1 POUNDS. Presentation inscription and signature by author. Jacket chipped at head of spine and at upper corners. A novel of life in a midwestern town named Annesburg. Illustrated cover, 8 vo, 214 pages Signed by Author. This book, The Interior Decorator, was designed for your pleasure. You will not need your dictionary; it is easy reading in large type on GOOD paper, with a theme that will amuse and fascinate you. Once you learn about the naughty boy, Douglas Sterling, you will want to finish the story to see what becomes of Douglas and the other characters in the book. It is interesting to young and old, both men and women. The pages are not padded with an abundance of description, but the narrative moves fast with plenty of action. The scenes pictured here are not traumatic, but common to life in a midwestern town called Annesburg. There is very little violence. It is not a detective story. The bank is not robbed; no one is murdered; no one addicted to drugs; and there is no generation gap. It is the only book of its kind. You will do well to recommend The Interior Decorator to your best friend for pleasurable reading.
