Doubleday & Company, Inc., 1950. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Don Eckelberry. G/none, used hc, green cloth binding with orange text on spine and upper, pale green end papers are illustrated, 77pp. Interiors are clean no marks except a gift inscription on the inside of the front free end paper, all the page numbers on the index page are circled and a former owner has written next to each bird illustration where they saw that bird, binding tight. Shelf rubbing to exterior, cloth worn at head and tail of the spine, corners slightly bumped.
