Philadelphia / New York: Lea & Febiger, 1912. 1st Edition . Hardcover. VG-. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover maroon cloth boards with gilt on spine. Exterior shows minor edge and corner wear as well as some spotting and soiling, spine is darkened. Internal binding of the text portion of the book is good but both the front and rear hinges show cracking, though the issue can likely be repaired as it just the paper. Pages are toned due to age and there is some light spotting and foxing present. Page 27 had a small corner fold which has been straightened out in a couple pages had some small edge tears measuring about 1/4 of an inch. No signatures or bookplates found in the book, no handwriting, no library markings.
