Includes the two fold-out photographs of the 1946 and 1947 Baker Street Irregular annual dinners with the identifying guide of the attendees. Inscribed, signed and dated by Lellenberg on the title page, "For Rex Pinson- Drink a bottle of your very best wine when you read this-- so my prose will seem to improve-- Very best irregular wishes, Jon Lellenberg, January 13, 1996". Pinson was a noted BSI, invested into the group. as Inspector G. Lestrade at the 1973 dinner. Laid in is a four page stock list from Gasogene Books who carried a large selection of Sherlock Holmes books and pastiches. A gorgeous collectable copy of a scarce item and a great association.
