Else internal text without markings.First/first paperbound edition on Straight Arrow Books, publisher of Rolling Stone magazine, John Lennon's Lennon Remembers, 1971, Bill Owens, Suburia, 1973, and Kenneth Anger's Hollywood Babylon, 1975, to name a few of the few. Jon Landau played on both sides of the rock n roll business as rock critic and rock music producer/manager. Landau's was a 'counter culture' conflict of interest that called into question just how counter is this culture, anyway. He wrote for Rolling Stone magazine beginning with issue #1, in 1967, as well as Crawdaddy, The Real Paper. He producer and or managed the MC5, Jackson Browne, Bruce Springsteen and other lesser or at least less cool rock/pop music names. [228 pages]
