Dustjacket is unclipped (priced $2.75); light toning to verso, still a Fine jacket. Blish's first novel, overly melodramatic with poor characterization, but an important earlt study of scientifically based psi powers. danny Caiden develops a range of "wild talents' including telepathy, teleportation and telekinesis, which disrupts his life. On the run from thr FBI, criminals and a group of psi-men he finally vanquishes the bad guys and gets the girl. (BARRON 3-46).
