London, The Religious Tract Society, ca 1913. Hardback, 8 x 5.5 inches. Light blue cloth with gilt decorative lettering and illustrated pictorial design to front and spine. Plain endpapers. In very good condition. Some minor rubbing to corners and ends of spine. Prize label to front endpaper “Albert Gray, Edinburgh, 1913.” Some darkening to endpapers, and some mild foxing to pages and page edges. Plates clean and bright. Else a clean and tight copy. 279pp + 8pp cat. 3 coloured plates by Ernest Prater.
