Ex-Library with usual markings: catalogue sticker on spine, bookplate inside front cover. NO DUST JACKET. Pages clean and unmarked, a few small tears. Slightly tanned and foxed. INCLUDES FOLD-OUT MAP with a few tears. Blue cloth covers with gilt decoration show shelf wear with rubbing to edges and corners. Book is slightly shelf-cocked. Scuffing, chipping, and tears at the top of the spine. Hinges cracked, binding remains mostly tight. AN EXCELLENT READING OR REFERENCE COPY.
