(Preface dated 1943). 4, 768 pp. Upper corners of covers and first and last few page corners bumped, page edges just a bit tanned, otherwise Fine. Jacket sunned at spine, bumped and lightly chipped at head and heel of spine and folds, short closed tear at front upper edge. In slipcase, which is bumped, worn and splitting.
