About This Item

Boston: Four Seas, 1920. First Edition. Near fine/Good plus. 12mo. 115pp. Publisher's drab boards with printed paper spine label; in beige printed dust jacket. Boards with minor wear and faint soiling. Light chipping to dust jacket at corners and head of spine, lightly dampstained at lower edge. An uncommon later collection by Japanese poet and essayist Yone Noguchi. Noguchi played an important role in popularizing Japanese poetic form in the West, having spent time in both California and New York City. Relatively scarce, particularly in dust jacket.
