Tokyo: Kodansha International Ltd., 1975 274 numbered pp; HB w/ DJ. Pages: clean, bright, tight, sm b/w frontis; eps are wrinkled near hinge, appear to be a manufacturer's defect. Cover: black cloth, orange characters front, gilt titles spine; minimal shelfwear. DJ: clipped, glossy white/lt green, lt green/cream artwork + black titles front/spine; modest edge/shelfwear, med chip to back f.e., sm closed tears back head and tail, black titles and black band well rubbed.. More than 100 full color, tipped in Ukiyo-e prints. About a dozen of the of the prints have become detached and are now laid in instead of tipped in, but all are present. A fantastic collection. Impressive, heavy.
