April 1933: Liechtensteiner Nationalsozialisten wollen Alfred und Fritz Rotter (Schaie), zwei schillernde jüdische Theaterdirektoren, den Berliner Behörden ausliefern, obwohl weder Rechtshilfebegehren noch Schuldspruch vorliegen. Sie locken die Gebrüder Rotter, Gertrud Rotter und Julie Wolff, die im Waldhotel in Vaduz residieren, nach Gaflei in eine Falle. Alfred und Gertrud Rotter kommen ums Leben, Fritz Rotter und Julie Wolff überleben schwer verletzt. Der Strafprozess vom 7./8. Juni 1933 gegen die vier liechtensteinischen Attentäter wirft Wellen in der Nazi- wie der liberalen Presse. Wladimir Rosenbaum, der bekannte jüdische Anwalt aus Zürich, hat ein scharfsinniges Plädoyer vorbereitet, das den grassierenden Antisemitismus als Ursache des Überfalls herausarbeitet. Das Plädoyer wird vom Gericht in Vaduz unterdrückt. Hannes Binder stellt den Tatverlauf in der dichten Schwärze des Schabkartons und mit Ausschnitten aus dem Rosenbaum-Plädoyer dar. Hansjörg Quaderer dokumentiert den atmosphärischen Hintergrund des Verbrechens. 010

Terms of payment

Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.

Sales return

In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.

Place of venue

We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
