Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing less than moderate wear, protected by a plastic coat, price-clipped. Stuffed with black-and-white and full color reproductions printed on fine, glossy paper. Preface by Louis Finkelstein. Volume contains scholarly apparatus in the form of, e.g., notes, index, and bibliography. 270 photographs, 25 being in full-color.
