Blue-green full cowhide boards with gilt title to spine. Untrimmed fore-edge; several uncut edges. Matching blue-green slipcase with no markings. Previous owner's inscription to half title page, and another signature to unpaginated page following copyright page. Book designed by William S. Hotine, printed by Maverick Publications (Bend, OR), and bound by Oregon Bookbinding Co. (Silverton OR). Slipcase made by The Booksmith (Nehalem, OR).
