Toning to spine of jacket; uneven soil to front and back panels; large chips missing from head and tail of spine of jacket; wear to tips. Boards of book are clean and bright; mild bumping to head and tail of spine. Small 4 mm dampstain to head of text block. Wrinkling to front pastedown; signed and inscribed to actor Arch Johnson in black ink on front free endpaper: "For / Arch Johnson / a crazy / play / by / William Saroyan / who says OK".
