Illustrated with front cover, endpapers, and four additional plates from pictures by N.C. Wyeth. Black cloth boards with frame stamped in blind and with cowboy pictorial pasted to front. Gilt title to spine. Light rubbing to board and spine edges; small dent to top of front board.Illustrated endpapers. Glossy title page and free endpapers. Clean interior. Spine and hinges tight. The true story that tells what the life of a cowbey was like, written before Hollywood re-rendered the image.
