Harper & Brothers, 1917; "Published February 1917" stated, with publisher's code "B-R"; 327pp.; missing the scarce dust jacket, though the portion from the lower right of the front panel, perhaps the most relevant piece of the jacket, has been pasted on to the front end page; binding remains square, sturdy, and sound; text is very good throughout; minor wear at corners of dark olive green cloth boards, some rubbed spots in gilt title box on front board, gilt titling on backstrip dulled but otherwise clear and fully legible.
