New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1986. First printing. Spine ends very gently rolled, pages faintly tanned with a 1/8" scuff to the lower edge of the rear board. Jacket lightly rubbed with a hint of tanning to the upper edges and the vertical light yellow line on the rear panel as is common with this book. There is a 1/4" tear to the lower front panel near the spine, jacket in mylar. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. First Edition.. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Near Fine.
