Along the way he also immersed himself in politics and community affairs." Foreword by Frank McKenna, erstwhile premier of New Brunswick. Inscription reads, "To: Patti/Best Wishes/Steve Palmer." Tipped onto title page is a slip of paper that reads, "Joe Palmer/April 15, 1929 - December 7. 1995/This book is one of only a few hard covers/that were made, as a final request by Joe, to/be sent to you.
