London: Golden Cockerel Press, 1939. Limited edition. Hardcover. Very good condition. Limited to 300 copies, of which this is number 255. Wood engravings by Averil Mackenzie-Grieve. Introductory comments by Owen Rutter. Beautifully clean and bright internally, with no foxing whatsoever. Full original blue gilt stamped buckram, spine slightly sunned with a bump (binder's error) near the "Y" of "Bounty", and a narrow strip at the foredge of front board faintly sunned. This title includes extra information not published in "The Voyage of the Bounty's Launch", another GCP publication.
