Sub-titled `Being the full true & particular record with observations, reflections & confessions of a batchelor honeymoon over the Atlantic, through America & Canada & home again to England, all duly set down in a proper manner.'One of the `Bells Indian and Colonial Library'. series. This edition issued for circulation in India and the Colonies only. Illiustrated frontispiece by Charles Pears, of b/w silloutte drawing of the sailing ship `The Spirit of the Atlantic' with tissue guard. Original plum colour boards, only lightly marked, with gilt lettering to slightly sunned spine o/w undamaged. Heavy foxing to rear endpapers and half-title page and some to preliminaries and page fore-edges, o/w a V.G. tight clean copy..
