About This Item
Cleveland, Ohio: Josef Sedivy Book. Fair. Soft cover. Stapled Czech-language catalog with heavy foxing to the covers. Interior pages have much less foxing. The front cover shows a photographic street-view image Sedivy's store (and possibly home) on or near Hamm Ave. in Cleveland, Ohio. The rear cover shows an ad for a sewing machine with the 'Jos Sedivey' name on it. 14 pages, illustrated, of ads for products from tobacco pipes to pocket knives and more. One ad page features dated correspondence from customers, 1913-1915, which helps date this catalog to circa 1915. No other copies of this or other Sedivy material found online or through OCLC. Very scarce thus. 0.
