London: Cassell and company, 1922. First edition (hardback). 8vo (25cm by 18cm), xii, 195pp. 32 colour plates, 72 b&w plates. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine, design of a pot to the front board, top edge gilt. Light scattered foxing of the contents, and the tissue protector to the frontispiece is creased; overall, this book is in good to very good condition. Limited to 1500 copies, of which this is copy number 1077.
