Book Condition: Good; suntoning to spine; light wear to edges and tips; pages 4-5 and 24-25 are blotchy in appearance but it is a paper/printing factory defect. No DJ. Pictorial card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is secure in saddle staples; text is secure in binding. 25 pp 8vo. The author was an instructor in Judo in the private sector and in the military and has studied this method of self-defense from all angles. This book will allow the reader in simple words and photographs learn how to defend oneself. A clean very presentable copy.
