From the flap: "In this erudite and profound book the author re-establishes the distinction between arbitrary personal preference and serious judgement [sic] which requires strict adherence to definable aesthetic critera". The bottom edge of the front board has a small worn-through spot. Otherwise a fine copy. The DJ is worn at the spine head and the corners. There is a 1/4" creased tear at the top edge of the back face. The flap price is intact.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
