Jacket has a hint of sun-fading to spine and along upper joint fold, else fine also.. Drawings by Maurice Sendak. A superb selection of 27 stories chosen from Grimm's tales. In addition to several familiar standards there are many that will be new to most readers, such as the title story--a masterpiece that is definitely one of the Grimms' darker tales.<br /> <br /> This copy is signed by Sendak on the title page.
