London: Macmillan and Co, 1919. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Reprint. Octavo. 219pp., [4pp.] Illustrations by Rudyard Kipling. Red cloth with gilt embossed stamp of elephant and swastika on front board, gilt-stamped spine title, top edge gilt. Gutter cracked, small stain on pages 192-193 at the very foredge, spine ends and corners lightly rubbed and bumped, a very good copy in a very good lightly age-toned dustwrapper with "7/6 Net" sticker on spine, short tears on spine ends and corners.
