Printed errata sheet loosely inserted. = A detailed and authoritative monograph by the Russian palaeontologist and malacologist Viktor Nikolaevich Shimanskii (1916-1997). Not only does it include Carboniferous species and genera (many well-preserved and not descreibed earlier), but also extant members of the Nautiloidea, with notes and illustrations of their shells and anatomy. Published in the Institute's Trudy, number 115. In Russian. Slight fraying and chipping to spine top, otherwise a very good, clean copy. Rare.
