Trade PB (B&W photographs) INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the author on the dedication page: "To: Phil / Best of Luck & / Best of Health / Respectfully / Yervan." Memoir by a restaurateur of Armenian ethnicity (although he himself was born in China), who operated restaurants in Shanghai and Brazil, and (after emigrated to the U.S. in 1957) San Francisco and Los Angeles. (All were named "Kavkaz," which means "Caucasus," after his ancestral home region.) Signed by Author .
