Flat Signed on Title Page First Edition with Full Numberline 8vo size hardcover with dust jacket with dark green endpapers; 313 pages From dust jacket: "(This book) brilliantly charts the course of the first half of the 1980s. With insight, wit and intelligence (the author) makes sense of the chaotic and often confounding issues at the center of our lives." Articles published previously in the Washington Post include the topics: Corporate Love Cult of Midlife Beauty High Tech Terrors Raisa Gorbachev Nancy Reagan Sally Ride Star Wars Surrogate Mothers Work Water damage is evident on the book with a stain on outside pages and bottom of book. This is visible in our last three photographs on the left page. We did not note damage on pages. There are also water stains on the back and spine of dust jacket. Jacket has wear, edgewear and minor chipping; there is a penciled price on fep. . Signed by Author. First. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted in original packaging with advance Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.) Refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee will be issued upon receipt of the item in as sold condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We certainly hope you are happy with your purchase. We will accept your return if you are not. However, if you make a fraudulent return to avoid our restocking fee by claiming the item is damaged, or you cause damage to the item and then return it, we will not issue a refund.
