Includes bibliography and index. --- In Toledano spine 11 / red cloth / ML hex torchbearer device blindstamped to front cover / gilt-stamped spine titling & torchbearer / grey Kent endpapers / jacket style l, verso bears titles in ML catalogue, but no total number. Likely published c.1959-64 (though 1946 date appears in book). ML #303.1. --- With infrequent underlinings & notations scattered through the text, and prior owner's signature & info. to front free endpaper, else a tightly-bound, sound copy. Unclipped ($2.45), Fair-only dust jacket with tears, chips and conspicuous chafing but mostly intact and in removable archival mylar protector.; 12mo (7 to 7-1/2 in. tall) ; xxvi, 494, [2, ads] pages .
