Minor rubbing to front and rear boards and spine; moderate wear to extremities, including some fraying at spine ends. Nevertheless, decorative cloth bright and handsome overall. Former owner's signature on ffep. Expected age-toning to text block edges, endpapers, and page margins. Altogether very good. Very Good. (Subject: Architecture & Urban Design).
