Collins, 1947. Hardcover. Acceptable/Acceptable. 1947. No Edition Remarks. 928 pages. Pictorial dust jacket over blue cloth. Pages are lightly tanned with mild foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Pen and pencil inscription to front free endpaper, with residue drops on paste-down. Rubbing and a few small nicks along text block edge. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and mild crushing to spine ends. Moderate tanning and sunning to spine and edges. Unclipped jacket has moderate surface wear, with chips, tears and creasing to edges, corners and spine ends. Moderately tanned and foxed, with water staining to spine.
