Three eight page sections of historical illustration plates. Binding of black half cloth with bright gilt titles, copper colored paper-wrapped boards, very clean and unmarked, light sunned strip along top edge, lower corner gently bumped. Tight, solid and square binding. Red dot on top edge of page block and two small marks on bottom edge, fore edge with pale, faint smudging. Internals quite clean and free from any markings, no creases. Jacket illustration: La Soiree (The Bridgeman) CR by J.
