Stains shows up on endpapers, but not very noticable. Most of dustjacket spine is missing & there are tears & large chips from upper rear & lower front wraps. Some pencilling on rear & letters in pen on front.

Some light dampstaining to lower corners of pages. This being a Special Cadmus Books Edition, and quite scarce thus.On a small farm in Denmark lives the Kristen Madsen family, Fristen, his wife and four children, and their farm animals, including Kippie the cow. The whole family loved their animals, but on a farm sometimes there isn't enough money and Kristen Madsen decided it was time to sell Kippie the cow. Kippie was a cow who had a mind of her own, but as Mrs. Madsen asked, "How do you know Kippie the Cow wants to be sold?" On the appointed day, Farmer Madsen set off for the city with Kippie, who sometimes went fast and sometimes went slow, and always went just as she wanted to go.
