About This Item
London: Collins This is a neat little book from the Collins 2/6 pocket novels series that proved to be so popular during the 1930s.Finished in royal blue cloth with a blind stamp of H.G. Wells signature on the lower right hand corner of front cover. The 330 pages remain in clean presentable condition throughout and though there is no publication date printed, a neat inscription on ffep reads July 1933 so this would appear to be the nearest date. Contains two full pages of advertisements for the Collins 2/6 pocket novels series at the back of the book. Title lettering has faded on spine and there are minor marks to the cover, otherwise a very acceptable copy.Compact and portable enough to slip in any bag or pocket for the go anywhere H.G. Wells enthusiast !. Very Good.
